History: The school was established in 1951 which makes it one of the most ancient schools of Tripura. It is a co-educational School. Earlier it was a Primary School upto l-V. Later it was gradually converted to l – Vlll in 1971, lX-X in 1977 and Xl-Xll in 1982 with Arts, finally to Commerce and Scince stream in the year 2017 and affiliated by Tripura Bord of Secondary School. Recently in the year of 2021 the school was shifted from old school campus to new building carnpus.
Achievement : It is an inspiration institution of many young minds. The school has been convering a larger part of the area where it is situated. Every academic year students have been performing exoclient academic results. Besides,they have been participating in many co-curricular activities and doing their best.
